This National RTAP Diversity and Inclusion Organizational Assessment is designed to help rural transit agencies evaluate their diversity and equity behaviors in the following areas: foundation, leadership, service delivery, communication, and performance.
The National Center for Applied Transit Technology (N-CATT) has developed a library of resources to help you better understand procuring transit technologies. They provide write-ups on effective RFPs, state-level marketplaces and cooperative purchasing efforts, and products they have developed through their technical assistance efforts.
The purpose of these resources is to help you understand what works. None of these resources are intended to be directly replicated. N-CATT encourages you to reach out to them with any questions about and further assistance with your procurement process.

FREE Cybersecurity Courses from US Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency
The US Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) provides free cybersecurity courses (no login required) through the Federal Virtual Training Environment (FedVTE). These courses include Cloud Computing Security, Cyberessentials, Understanding Web and Email Server Security, and numerous other topics.
Volunteer Driver Recruitment Materials
The National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC) has developed a new campaign to help volunteer transportation programs around the country recruit volunteer drivers. The fully customizable volunteer recruitment materials include:

All of the campaign materials offer designated spaces for your organization’s logo and information, enabling you to customize them for your community. NADTC will provide you with the individual PDF, JPEG, or InDesign files of the materials for your use.

FREE Online Basic Cybersecurity Training
Would you like to learn more about cybersecurity and how to protect your organization against cybercrime? The Arkansas Small Business & Technology Development Center, UA Little Rock, and U.S. Small Business Administration have teamed up to offer a free, online, on-demand basic cybersecurity training course. Cyber Safe: Cybersecurity for Small Business covers:

- Media Protection
- Physical Security
- Protecting Network Boundaries
The course is directed at agency managers, directors, and IT staff, and takes less than 1.5 hours to complete.
Battery Electric Bus (And Other Electric Vehicles) Fundamentals Training Modules
The Transportation Learning Center is providing free access to three training modules to help technicians, mechanics, and fleet managers gain an understanding of the fundamentals of battery electric bus (BEB) technology. Though the modules focus on battery electric transit buses, many of the principals discussed apply to other types of battery electric vehicles that are already or will soon be on the market (e.g., passenger and paratransit vehicles). You can (1) watch the pre-recorded on-demand webinars that include Q&As with industry experts or (2) download the slides (includes presenters’ notes, tests, and test answers) to use in a group training session. Topics include:

National Aging and Disability Transportation Center Learning Shorts
The National Aging and Disability Transportation Center understands that there are a lot of things to learn when providing transportation services to older adults and individuals with disabilities, and there's not always enough time to get the training you would like! That’s why they are introducing a new series of learning shorts, “How to…with NADTC." Each video is less than 15 minutes long and addresses important topics while providing useful information to help you manage your transportation program.

FTA provides financial support for some grant recipients’ cybersecurity activities and supports the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in promoting enhanced security for transit agencies.
