To register, please complete the online registration form by clicking Attendee or Exhibitor. We can send an invoice for your fees or send a payment request through PayPal. The deadline for early registration is Friday, September 16th.

Conference Schedule and Trade Show:

We are finalizing the preliminary agenda and will send it as soon as possible.

Conference sessions will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. A Welcome Vendor Reception will be held Monday afternoon. Tuesday will feature trade shows, ATA’s Annual Meeting luncheon, Trade-Show Reception with Door Prizes, and the Annual Fish Fry at ATA’s office.

Exhibitor Set-Up:

8:30 A.M., Monday, October 3rd through 7:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 4th     

Trade Show Door-Prize

We will have a door-prize drawing Tuesday afternoon at the trade show and hope that your company will participate.  You can indicate what your prize will be at the conference registration desk.

Air Travel:

The Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport at Little Rock is approximately an 11-minute ride from the hotel with complimentary hotel shuttle service available. The shuttle runs from 6AM-11PM at the top and half of the hour. To use the hotel shuttle, contact them at (501) 371-9000 when you arrive. 

Shipping Materials:

If you wish to ship materials to the hotel, send them to 2 Riverfront Place, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114. You will need to have the conference name, your name and company information (including phone number) with the materials. The carrier must be able to bring materials in and store them behind the front desk. If you need assistance, contact the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel at 501-907-4839.
