Arkansas Transit Association to Sponsor and Host
Vehicle Maintenance Management and Inspection
North Little Rock, AR
May 25-27, 2011
ATA is bringing back one our most popular workshops. – Vehicle Maintenance Management and Inspection (VMMI). This unique training and certification program for maintenance managers and staff of Arkansas’ public transit systems and community transportation providers with fleet maintenance programs has been recently revised. It is designed to improve the fleet maintenance oversight of smaller transit vehicles (i.e., smaller than 25 feet long). The workshop is based on an established maintenance training curriculum developed by Halsey King, SAE, of Halsey King and Associates, Carlsbad, CA., and presented by the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA). CTAA has added a layer of examination, certification and performance quality.
