Hotel Reservations & Information
Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs by calling (800) 814-8307. To ensure availability and conference rates, make your hotel reservations now. Be sure to tell them you are attending the Arkansas Public Transportation Conference to receive the conference rate. Guest rooms come furnished with coffee maker, hair dryer and complimentary wireless internet.
Airport and Shuttle Information
If you plan to travel by air, the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport near Bentonville is a 75-minute ride from the hotel. A shuttle service between the airport and the hotel is now available, by reservation only, for $45.00 each way (including tip). E-mail ATA at info@arktransit.org with your Airline, Arrival and Departure Times, Flight Numbers, and Cell Phone and we will arrange your ride. Payment to the driver can be made with cash or major credit card. Rental cars are also available.
Conference Schedule and Trade Show
The schedule is being finalized. However, for planning your travel, the Monday Welcome Reception and Fish Fry will begin at 5:00 p.m at the hotel. The trade show will be throughout the day on Tuesday; and, you are free to leave after the Vendor Recognition Breakfast Wednesday morning (no later than 9:00 a.m.).
Trade Show Door-Prizes
Tuesday afternoon, we will have a door-prize drawing at the Trade Show and hope that your company will participate. You can indicate what your prize will be at the conference registration desk.
Exhibitor Set-Up
10:00 AM, Monday, October 17th through 7:00 AM, Tuesday, October 18th.
