An effective drug and alcohol testing program requires consistent effort.  This pre-conference workshop will stress the importance and procedures for recordkeeping,  maintaining accurate random selection lists, conducting post-accident tests correctly, recognizing testing form errors, and monitoring collection sites.

Wheelchair Tie-Down Demonstrations & Discussion

Russ Parish, ATA - Lionel Young, Q’Straint - Craig Gerold, Sure-Lok

Understanding your liability and knowing how to safely, efficiently secure wheelchairs and other mobility aids on vehicles is a critical component in transporting passengers.  This interactive training will include proper tie-down techniques, reasons for occupant restraints (safety belts), and securement of various mobility aids (including scooters and power chairs).  Manufacturer representatives will be available during the demonstrations to answer product-specific questions.
