Board Members
The Board of Directors of ATA consist of two representatives of member urban public transit systems, two representatives of member rural public transit systems, a representative of paratransit services for the elderly, a representative of paratransit services for the handicapped, and two members elected at large from the voting membership of ATA. A member of the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department and a representative of the Associate/ Vendor membership serve as Ex-Officio members of the board.
