The Arkansas Transit Association is excited to offer a week of Transit Professional Development.  During the week of April 12-16, 2010, your staff will have a variety of opportunities to increase their skills and knowledge in safety, security and leadership. Michael Noel, one of the nation’s leading instructors in passenger transportation training, safety, security and organizational development, will direct a series of training topics that are sure to be both informative and enjoyable. Breaks and lunch are included in the training fees.

Advanced Mobility Device Securement Skills Development Workshop

-April 12 - 13 – 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Fatigue Management:  Toolbox for Transit Operator Fatigue

-April 14 – 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Securing Community Mobility

-April 14 – 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Supervision and Leadership in Transit

-April 15  - 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (working lunch)

-April 16 – 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (lunch not provided)

These trainings will be held at the ATA Training Center, 620 W. Broadway St., North Little Rock.  Participants may choose any or all topics to attend, however space is limited. Registrations will be accepted through April 9th.
