The Arkansas Transit Association (“ATA”) will receive sealed proposals from Third-Party Administrators for Substance Testing Services for a Consortium of Arkansas Transit Systems regulated by the Federal Transit Administration, DOT.
It shall be understood that the Request for Proposal, General Information and Requirements, Specifications and Proposal Form are an integral part of this Request for Proposal and by this reference are incorporated herein as fully and effectively as if set forth in detail that by submission of the proposal, the bidder agrees to these conditions and that all things shall be governed by the Laws of the State of Arkansas.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish services for a one (1) year period beginning July 1, 2011, with an option to re-new up to four annual extensions as mutually agreed.
The successful bidder must agree to and sign the Federal Transit Administration’s Certifications and Assurances before the contract is executed. A copy is attached as Appendix B for your review.
